In a hot real estate market across the country, home prices in Orlando, Florida continue to climb.
That is unless, apparently, the house has been customized for a 7-foot-1 NBA center and Pro Basketball Hall of Famer, 15-time All-Star and quadruple NBA champion with the Los Angeles Lakers and Miami Heat – Shaquille O Le Neal’s mansion in the Orlando area, which was originally listed at $ 28 million.
The O’Neal Mansion has 12 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms and a garage for 17 cars. There is also a wine cellar, a large theater, an NBA-certified indoor basketball court and an aquarium room. A resort style swimming pool is located outside and the mansion sits on 3.94 acres of land.
Around Orlando, historically low inventory of homes in central Florida saw prices jump 15% from 2020, according to the Orlando Regional Realtor Assoc. The average price of a home in Orlando is just north of $ 360,000.

This time around, the agency selling the house came up with a new strategy: remove as much Shaq from the house as possible.
Previous announcements had O’Neal logos, touches and memorabilia throughout the house. The new entry on Zillow features dozens of photos, with the only Shaq reference being an embossed logo in the home gym.
O’Neal, 49, is an analyst for TNT’s “Inside the NBA,” but he’s no stranger to business and business success. He has his own shoe brand called “Shaq”, and is also a minority owner of the Sacramento Kings. It also has a number of restaurants, including some Papa John’s and Auntie Anne’s franchise stores.
