Permits have been filed for an 11-story mixed-use building at 11 Ocean Parkway in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn. Located between Coney Island Avenue and East 8th Street, the inner lot is one block east of the Fort Hamilton Parkway subway station, served by the F and G trains. Morris Jerome of JEMB Realty is listed as the owner behind the apps.
The proposed 145-foot-tall development will produce 308,136 square feet, of which 299,586 square feet will be for residential space, 4,159 square feet will be for community facilities and 4,391 square feet will be for commercial space. The building will have 375 residences, most likely rentals based on an average area of ââ798 square feet. The concrete structure will also have a cellar and 106 closed parking spaces.

Demolition permits are unlikely to be required as the land is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
