First real estate firm Ruth Boyer O’Dea and Evan Lacopo open first washington d.c.-regional offices later this year

The company has used leading brokers Ruth Boyer O’Dea and Evan Lacopo lead a team of customer service agents in the nation’s capital, Virginia and Maryland. Boyer O’Dea and Lacopo will both be co-chairs.

It has earned the EcoBroker designation for its commitment to environmental sustainability. Longtime resident of Lyon Village in the Clarendon neighborhood ArlingtonBoyer O’Dea currently sits on the board of Bridle Paths, a therapeutic riding program for people with physical, cognitive, psychological and emotional challenges.
A seasoned residential real estate professional, Lacopo co-founded and sold a successful national mortgage company and developed and managed teams of real estate agents producing over half a billion sales annually. He has served on several non-profit boards and is active in the community. Lacopo lives Arlington with his wife, Adela, and their daughter. He currently serves on the Professional Standards Committee of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors and is a graduate of the Leadership Center for Excellence.
