In October, you don’t have to just watch a horror movie. You can play one through a new horror experience hitting the Hudson Valley.
If you’re interested in scary things, then your favorite seasons are almost here. It’s almost fall and that means it will be Halloween before you know it. Soon we’ll be able to swap beach chairs and sunscreen for pumpkins, candy, and horror movies.
There’s nothing quite like turning off the lights and watching a horror movie on a cold October night from the safety of your own sofa. Where does it exist? Horror movies are great, but the onscreen fears can’t get any further. A new haunted house in Garrison, New York, lets you take an active role in a nightmare.
The Psycho Clan is a creative team behind many new York immersive productions and they present The Dark House, a horror experience at Garrison this Halloween.
The black house isn’t your typical haunted attraction. It is a unique and immersive horror theater that limits your senses during the experience. Maybe your own imagination is perhaps what scares you the most.
The production of Dark House will run from October 7 to 31 at
Philipstown Depot Theater located at 10 garrisons Disembarkation in garrison.
The performances take place from Wednesday to Sunday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. (with Halloween
weekends from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.), tickets are $ 30 and can be purchased in advance. You can book tickets and get more information about ticket information, here.
COVID-19 precautions will be in place for the event.
