Agent earns GRI designation and five-star award for 12 consecutive years

Marybeth flynn, real estate agent at Michael Saunders & Company, obtained Graduate certification, Realtor Institute.

GRI is a nationally recognized designation that sets the standards for professionalism, knowledge and productivity in real estate. The training emphasizes the critical skills of the real estate business.

Living in Sarasota for over 25 years, Flynn offers extensive knowledge of the Gulf Coast. She has extensive experience working with domestic and foreign clients.

She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Real Estate Staging Association.

Charryl youman, a Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Florida Realty realtor in Venice, received the Five Star Customer Satisfaction Award for the 12th consecutive year.

Less than 2% of licensed agents in Sarasota County will receive this award for 2021.

All Five Star award winners are nominated by their clients and must pass a rigorous review process, including confirmation of their professional and business ethics performance for that year.

Youman was voted Real Estate Agent of the Year 2018 by the Venice Area Board of Realtors. She teaches business ethics and contracts for the board of directors.


Tiffany Dismuke joined the Ascendia Group, on Siesta Key, as a real estate sales associate.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, she moved from Las Vegas to Sarasota three years ago. His experience includes nine years in property management and three years in real estate sales roles.

She specializes in the management of luxury leases for various communities.

Debi Harman received the Graduate, Realtor Institute designation from the National Association of Realtors.

Michelle crabtree, a realtor in the Lakewood Ranch office of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, has been recognized as a member of the Florida Realtors Honor Society for the 14th year.

Florida Realtors, with over 200,000 members, has created an honor society to recognize active members of their state association. The Honor Society also salutes members for their participation in the local and national level of the real estate agent organization; for activity within the National Association of Institutes, Societies and Councils of Real Estate Agents; and for titles obtained, educational activities and political commitment.

Crabtree has been a Certified Real Estate Broker in Florida since 1982. She was a Director of the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee 2018-2020 and was Chair of its 2018 PRPP Committee.

She was Director of the Sarasota Board of Realtors 2008-2010 and received the SAR Meritorious Service Award in 2007.

Crabtree was named “Business Woman of the Year” by the Sarasota Businesswomen’s Council in 2009 and also served as Section President in 2007. In addition, Crabtree was named “Five Star Real Estate Agent – Best Customer Satisfaction For 11 years.
